Welcome to Cold Spring Estates! Cold Spring Estates was started in 1989 by Zaiger Builders Inc. as one of the first planned residential developments in the Waynesboro area. Our development is unique in that virtually all construction has been completed by skilled craftsmen from the local area. Growing at a steady pace of about 8 homes per year, the result has been a coordinated mixture of 214 quality brick accented homes primarily attracting families at or near retirement age.

CSEHOA ANNUAL Board of Directors MeetingThe CSE HOA meets annually in November at Fairview Elementary School in the gym. We encourage all residents to attend this meeting. Date TBD.
Regular meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at JAM church at 42 S. Broad St. unless there is no business to be discussed. The meetings start at 6:30pm. Please plan on attending to stay informed on decision making regarding budgetary decisions and community changes. We would like to see you and hear input you may want to share.
